If you have brought the wrong size, or the item is damaged, you must email email@example.com with the problem and why you wish to return the item.
Damaged items will be replaced after receiving the damaged item and a replacement will be dispatched and the postage refunded.
If you've had a change of mind, we will give a refund once it has been received and is determined to be in an acceptable state. If you've worn it out and been sick on it, we won't be giving you a refund! The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
